We are seeking a Banquet Set-Up Supervisor to assist the Food and Beverage Manager with supervising the Banquet Set-Up staff and set up of the banquet rooms, and to assist with billing, ordering supplies, inventory, scheduling and more. Previous experience supervising and leadership skills required.

We are seeking a Night Auditor. Must be able to work 11pm-7am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This individual will be responsible for check-in, check-out, reservations, cashiering and guest resolution. Responsible for reports and tasks to include: posting all banquet charges and completing banquet spreadsheets, balancing Lodgenet and closing out for the day, closing out Opera, balancing HSI charges and closing out HSI, completing tip spreadsheet, the adjustment pack for routing, the daily flash report and handling credit card transactions. Previous hotel accounting, front desk or night audit experience required.
We are seeking an outgoing and customer oriented individual to be a Host in Scalzo's Italian Grille. Responsibilities including welcoming, greeting and seating guest, assisting in coordinating the flow of the restaurant and helping other department co-workers as needed. Previous restaurant experience or related field preferred. This position is considered full-time with benefits at 20-25 hours per week, 5-9pm/flexible schedule to include weekdays and weekends.
