The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for ensuring an efficient and memorable guest experience providing family style world class hospitality. This person will directly supervise the employees whom are responsible for attending to the needs of our guests to include, but not limited to check-in, check-out, reservations, cashiering, ensuring guest satisfaction, guest resolution and shuttle service. They will perform job responsibilities when scheduled as Manager on Duty and be able to demonstrate an expertise of a full working knowledge of all shifts at the front desk to include Night Audit. They will assist in training employees, assist in leading Front Office Meetings, be able to think independently and use sound judgment to make decisions. Previous experience working in a hotel front desk position, proven ability to effectively handle a variety of guest situations, and be able to lead/direct others is required. This position is full-time and must be able to work weekends.
The Night Auditor will be responsible for all front desk responsibilities to include: check-in and check-out of guests, taking reservations, cashiering and guest resolution. Responsible for reports and tasks to include: posting all banquet charges and completing the banquet spreadsheets, balancing Lodgenet and closing out for the day, closing out Opera, balancing HSI charges and closing out HSI, completing tips spreadsheets, the adjustment pack for routing, the daily flash report, and handling credit card transactions. Must have previous customer service experience, and a passion for providing family style, world class hospitality. Previous hotel accounting, front desk or night audit experience is required.
